Thank you for shopping at Nogavi. Below you’ll find information about how your order is fulfilled, shipped, and delivered.

🛠️ Production Time

All of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled via our print-on-demand partners (such as Printify).
Production (fulfillment) typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

During peak seasons or high-demand periods, fulfillment times may be extended.

📦 Estimated Shipping Times

Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped based on the destination and selected shipping method:

Canada 5–10 business days
Europe 5–10 business days
Australia / NZ 7–15 business days
Rest of World 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

🌍 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are imposed by your local government.

🚫 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we are not responsible for the cost of reshipment.
In such cases, you may be asked to pay the shipping cost again if you want the item resent.

📸 Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at platform@nogavi.com with:

     Your order number

     Clear photos of the item and packaging

     A brief description of the issue

We will review and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.

🕓 Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

    Carrier service disruptions

     Weather conditions

     Customs inspections

     Global crises or natural disasters
