All sales are final.
Because each item is made-to-order and customized just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse
Size or style selection mistakes
Shipping delays beyond our control
However, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund in the case of:
Misprinted items
Damaged or defective products
Wrong items received
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at platform@nogavi.com and provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
A short description of the issue
If your request is approved, we’ll either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes:
Returns are not accepted unless requested and approved by our team.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
Exceptions (non-returnable items):
All products are considered custom and made-to-order. For this reason, we do not accept returns for any other reason beyond defects or production errors.
European Union Customers:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
